格式分析

中文商業商務信函的寫作格式，如同一般信函，商業信文一般由開頭、正文、結尾、署名、日期等5個部分組成。 開頭：開頭寫收信人或收信單位的稱呼。稱呼單獨占行、頂格書寫，稱呼后用冒號。

正文：信文的正文是書信的主要部分，敘述商業業務往來聯系的實質問題。結尾往往用簡單的一兩句話，寫明希望對方答復的要求。如“特此函達，即希函復。”同時寫表示祝愿或致敬的話，如“此致敬禮”、“敬祝健康”等。
