受益人證明是什么

受益人證明是一種由受益人自己出具的證明，以便證明自己履行了信用證規定的任務或證明自己按信用證的要求辦事，如證明所交貨物的品質、證明運輸包裝的處理、證明按要求寄單等。受益人證明常見于外貿中，一般無固定格式，內容多種多樣，并以英文制作，通常簽發一份。其基本內容包括單據名稱、發票號、合同號或信用證號等，最后受益人應在該證明上簽字。

寄單證明是最常見的一種受益人證明。通常情況下，受益人根據規定，在貨物裝運前后一定時期內，郵寄、傳真或快遞給規定的收受人全套或部分副本單據，并將證明隨其它單據交銀行議付。

Documents Required

Original invoice must be certified by the c.c.p.i.t.

正本發票必須由CCPIT(中國貿促會）證實。

B. full set of 3/3 clean “on board”maring/ocean bill(s) of lading made out to the order of the bank.

全套（3/3)清潔已裝船海運提單，銀行抬頭。

C. Certificate of origin in one original+three 買粉絲pies.issued and certified by the c.c.p.i.t showing name and nationality of the manufacturers/procers and stating that goods are of chinese origin.

C.原產地證明一份正本三份副本，由中國貿促會簽發并證實，在此證明上需顯示制造商/生產商名稱和國別并證實貨物屬中國原產。

D. Packing list in one original+two 買粉絲pies showing no of cartons and the 買粉絲ntents of each carton certifying standard seaworthy export packing.

D.箱單一份正本兩份副本，顯示箱數和每箱貨物內容，并證實標準出口海運包裝。

E. Certificate to the effect that a 買粉絲plete set of non-negotiable documents have been sent to applicants.

E.一張正本證明證實全套副本單據已寄給申請人。

F. Inspection certificate to be issued by world gate interational 買粉絲.,ltd,square,906,907 exchange square no 268 dongteng middle road,guangzhou,買粉絲.Stating socks are inspected in beneficiary warehouses and found to be satisfying.

F.檢驗證由WORLD GATE INTERNATIONAL CO.,LTD. .....簽發，證實SOCKS已有受益人倉庫檢驗符合要求。

附加條款

1. negotiation of documents under reserve or against indemnity or guarantee is prohibited.

信用證的審核（對來證的審核）

許多不符點單據的產生以及提交后被銀行退回，大多是對收到的信用證事先檢查不夠造成的，往往使一些本來可以糾正的錯誤由于審核不及時沒能加以及時地修改。因此，一般應在收到信用證的當天對照有關的合同認真地按下列各條仔細檢查，這樣可以及早發現錯誤采取相應的補救措施。

收到信用證后檢查和審核的要點：

(一).檢查信用證的付款保證是否有效。

應注意有下列情況之一的，不是一項有效的付款保證或該項付款保證是存在缺陷問題的：

1.信用證明確表明是可以撤消的；

此信用證由于毋須通知受益人或未經受益人同意可以隨時撤消或變更，應該說對受益人是沒有付款保證的，對于此類信用證，一般不予接受；

信用證中如沒有表明該信用證是否可以撤消，按 upc500的規定，應理解是不可以撤消的；

2.應該保兌的信用證未按要求由有關銀行進行保兌；

3.信用證未生效；

4.有條件的生效的信用證；如：“待獲得進口許可證后才能生效”。

5.信用證密押不符；

6.信用證簡電或預先通知；

7.由開證人直接寄送的信用證;

8.由開證人提供的開立信用證申請書;

(二).檢查信用證的付款時間是否與有關合同規定相一致。

應特別注意下列情況:

1.信用證中規定有關款項須在向銀行交單后若干天內或見票后若干天內付款等情況。對此,應檢查此類付款時間是否符合合同規定或貴司的要求.

2.信用證在國外到期.
