用戶信息收集好了,怎么去寫開發信呢?或者大家也有疑問,現在開發信還有用嗎?開發信不就是推銷信嗎,不就是傳單海報嗎?還有效果嗎?

01、寫開發信過時了嗎?

No,當然沒有,寫開發信一直都是外貿行業開發用戶的主流方法,縱觀目前眾多的b2b平臺、線上/線下展會或者社媒,都在采用開發信獲取用戶;開發信是買家避開共享用戶,建立獨立客戶池的最好方式之一。

02、為什么用戶不回復開發信?

很多外貿小伙伴每天都發出去幾百甚至幾千封的郵件,但是石沉大海,小編總結一下目前在寫開發信時,人們常犯的錯誤,大家可以對照查看;

1、總是再談論自己的公司和產品;

2、郵件太長,要求和內容都太多;

3、郵件內容缺少證明和支撐;

4、他們完全不認識你,不知道你的存在;

5、開發信中有錯別字或者語法錯誤;

6、開發信發完沒有任何跟進或者沒有持續跟進;

7、郵件的有效性太低,大多都是劣質郵件;

8、郵件主旨和收件人無相關性;

03、到底什么時候發送開發信最合適?

根據小編多方整理數據分析:

一周最適合發郵件的時間:周一&周二

一天最適合發開發信的時間:下午12點到1點之前,早上9點到10點

一周五天工作日之內,基本上回復郵件都是差不多的,僅在周五有比較大的差距;一天24小時當中,下午一點收到的回復最多,上午10點鐘是一天中回復郵件的第2個峰值;而在晚上8點到第2天七點鐘,一般回復率都比較低,所以盡量避免。

在中午12點到1點的郵件打開率較低,1點之后打開率又會上升,4點之后一直到12點都是呈現下降趨勢,所以大家可以在午休結束時給用戶發送開發信。

04、開發信可以帶附件或者圖片?
