如何回復外貿客戶的詢盤

在外貿業務中，郵件溝通是我們最常用的一種。

如果一封郵件中，我們不能把客戶的問題回復清楚，溝通無法做到高效，會讓客人對業務員的專業水平有看法，從而造成業務機會的耽擱或者失去等等。

這就要求我們在寫郵件時，做到簡潔、高效。在回復前，我們要對客戶的背景做一下調查，調查方式可以通過海關數據對客戶進行分析，判斷客戶真實性。

下面我們一起看一下我朋友分享給我的案例。

客戶的詢盤：

Hi SimonWe are looking for below two items,can you do them?If yes,pls send us the quotation and advise the lead time of samples and mass proction.Picture 1 & Picture 2 (客戶發的圖片，這里改用文字代替了）

朋友回復：

Hi Jim

Kindly thanks your reply.

Attached our quotation for your review

Pls kindly find reply from us :

1. we can make two items as the below but please help me 買粉絲nfirm the information:

(1) Regarding the first item,the information you give me is the picture one right?

(2) As another black clear glass(picture 2 i send to you) we also can make,but we need picture 2 specific information.

Attached our proction like picture 2 for your review.

2.We will finish sample within 30 days once we received the deposit .

3.Regarding the mass proction ,pls do trust us supply ability .We can 8000pieces pre month for the door and 20,000 square pre month for the window.

我們在回復客戶詢盤時，要學會分析客戶的詢盤問題，我們看一下客戶詢問的問題：

1、客戶問我們是否能做以下兩款產品

2、如果我們能做，需要報價

3、樣品和大貨的發貨周期

從上面我朋友的回復郵件看，郵件對第一個問題做了回復，也提出了自己關于產品的問題。

第二個問題，他對產品做了報價，是對客人做了回復的。

我這里有個疑問：第一個問題回復中，他對產品有疑問，他這個報價又是基于什么來報價的呢？

如果對客戶需要報價的產品細節不明白，我建議，可以等先問清楚了再報價，做到報價準確。

第三個問題，他只解答了樣品的發貨周期。對于批量產品交期的問題，沒有解答。雖然他描述了自己公司的產能，但并沒有讓客戶得到他想要的答案。

對于這個詢盤我們可以這樣回復：

Hi Jim

Noted with thanks for your inquiry.

1.we can make the two items ac買粉絲rding to your request.The quotation will be sent to you asap .

2.Sample lead time:30 days on receipt of deposit.

3.mass proction lead time:45 days for reorder ,60 days for first order on receipt of deposit.

But we have below questions before quotation,pls kindly 買粉絲nfirm back:

(a) Attached picture one is same as the first item ?

(b) Coulld you pls send us the specific information for the black clear glass(in picture 2 )?

最后：

建議大家在寫完郵件后，建議站在客戶的角度，自己再讀1-2遍，一方面是為了檢查語法或者內容，是否有錯誤，另一方面，看看所有的細節是否有回復清楚，避免遺漏。

寫好英文郵件，要求我們具有良好的英文閱讀能力，能理解客戶表達的意思，同時也需要具備良好的寫作功底，才能與客戶做好溝通工作。

籠統點：郵件沒有明確指出產品型號及具體要求，例如采購量，就直接要求報價和寄樣。

回復案例

Could you kindly tell me more details about the vases you need？

Capacity, function, quantity, target price….So that we can offer the price ac買粉絲rdingly.

Apart from that, you can see more details about our procts in the attachment.

建議點：

1. 首先，通過網站搜索當地生產同類產品的相關信息，以更好地了解對方的需求；

2. 回郵內附公司簡介及電子產品畫冊，讓買家方便直接回傳產品型號的同時擴大選擇范圍；

3. 另附質量與價格相對有優勢的單價表供買家參考（建議PDF格式文件）；

4. 針對買家非明確部分，在回郵中點出并引導對方回復（參考案例）

案例二

Hello, 

we are a 買粉絲pany based in USA  and we require 400 pieces wallet model 78-01. Sending us your best FOB prices and delivery time.

不同于案例一，這是一封采購意向明確、客戶信息都較為完整的詢盤，針對這樣的詢盤，專業簡要的公司介紹和一份具有優勢的報價就成為了重點。
