1、船上交貨（FOB）

本術語英文為“ Free on Board(... named port of shipment)”，即“船上交貨(......指定裝運港)”。

它指賣方在指定的裝運港把貨物送過船舷后交付，貨過船舷后買方須承擔貨物的全部費用、風險、滅失或損壞，另外要求賣方辦理貨物的出口結關手續。本術語適用于海運或內河運輸。

2、成本、保險費加運費（CIF）

本術語英文為“Cost,Insurance and Freight(...named port of shipment)”，即“成本、保險費加運費(......指定目的港)”。

它指賣方除負有與“成本加運費”術語相同的義務外，賣方還須辦理貨物在運輸途中應由買方承擔購貨物滅失或損壞的海運保險并支付保險費。本術語適用于海運或內河運輸。

3、完稅后交貨（DDP）

本術語的英文為“Delivered Duty Paid(...
