期刊投稿時要給編輯部的信怎么寫

投稿信的寫作格式

投稿信的寫作格式與一般書信相同，只是內容側重點不同，所寫事項更明確、更單一。

（1)第一行頂格寫對方的稱呼，如“《××× ×》雜志編輯部＂、“編輯同志”、或“×× ×編輯同志＂。

（2)開頭。另起一行，空兩格寫問候語，如“你好”、“您好＂或“你們好＂。

（3)正文。正文的內容應根據具體情況來寫，主要是介紹自己稿件的有關情況。一般應反映出以下幾方面內容：

①表示對對方刊物、欄目的關注之情，并作出誠摯、中肯的評價，切忌措辭唐突或過分溢美之詞。

②如實介紹自己的有關情況。

③寫明投稿的緣由和稿件的有關情況。

④希望對方對稿件提出寶貴意見。

⑤希望對方采用稿件，并適當表達謝意。

⑥希望對方及時復信，表明是否采用稿件的明確態度。

（4)結尾。另起一行，寫祝敬語，如“順問編安＂之類。

（5)署名和日期。
