想問一下 海外英語 的征稿要求和投稿方式。

1.論文內容精練、表意明了，參考文獻控制在6～15條。論文篇幅盡量控制在5千字以內，英文版論文盡量控制在8千字符以內。

2.所有作者單位均標明學校及院（系）全稱、城市、郵編，且中英文對應。 文中應在開頭或結尾處注明作者聯系方式。

3.表格宜采用三線表（必要時可加輔助線），圖和表格放在正文提到的一段文字后面，不要插在段落之中。 關鍵詞應反映論文的本質、特征，一般選3～7個詞。

3.中外文參考文獻中的作者均按先姓后名排列，多位作者只列出前三名，后面用"等"或"et al"。參考文獻用原文種，不要翻譯。

4.請寫明主要作者的簡介，內容包括姓名、出生年、職稱/職務、研究方向、科研成果及E-mail。

5.國家、省、市、自治區等科學基金自主項目，請在第1頁左下角標注，并給出基金資助項目編號。

6.來稿不得抄襲，不得一稿多投，同時作者應允許編輯部對來稿做技術性加工和文字修改。來稿刊登后，贈送樣刊。
